pulled my number 3 rod cap off today....and look what joy i find:

DSC01200.jpg

There isn't more than 30-40 grandma miles on this motor. I haven't pulled anyothers yet, but they all seem tight.

The bearing there was on the rod side. There was nothing on the cap side...NOTHING!

My guess is that i didn't get (or my machinest didn't get) all the metal out of the crank journal and starved it for oil. thats my best guess....

ya, yours are what normal people call bad! There was definitly something wrong with my motor from the day i cranked it over.

I dont know what im going to do. Im thinkin of just purchasing a 185 or a 205 motor and just going from there....
