how to remove this part!

hey guys i need help removing the part circled in the picture! took off the 19 mm bolt and it still stayed pretty tight on there!!thanks in advance

its pressed on,

you can either:
a) get a hub puller
b) take the nut and thread it in 4-5 turn in the bolt and wiggle it until it breaks loose, the nut will prevent getting this piece of metal in your face

I kept the wheel on and wiggled back and forth and it slowly came off. Otherwise I think you need a puller.
