EGR tube snapped at the base, help

I need my EGR to work to pass smog here in CA. That thing was clogged like a 50 year old pipe. Anyways the tube snapped off when I try to take it off at the base, and the hex nuts are stripped.

What can I do? and what are the part number?

Try taking the tube to a muffler shop, and have them weld it back together if possible.
