I'm getting 13505-88382 for the OEM Timing Belt Tensioner Idler Pulley ??

Is it the 13505-88383 the same?

My guess is that they are the same and that '3 superseded it. Regardless, I purchased the Koyo part (U00392b) because it's much cheaper than the Toyota boxed part and the same quality.

Like mentioned on the previous page, I ordered the part (13505-88383) directly from Toyota since I needed it quick to get my car back on the road. When I saw how much of a deal the Amazon part was, I ordered that too and once it arrived I found they were the exact same. . . I repackaged the part and got a refund from Toyota. It was only a hundred dollars cheaper :)
