Weird clicking noise when car shut down

Once I've parked up and pulled the key I can hear a repetitive clicking noise through my speakers. It's like a solenoid that switches on an off.
It's an '88 Alltrac.
Any ideas?

it's not the power antenna retracting is it? heard through front & rear speakers? does it change if the radio is on or off when you turn the car off? If it's definitely coming through the speakers, try pulling the radio fuses - if the noise doesn't occur anymore, it might be something in the radio
