Problems with Dash

Just a quick question guys. With my new GT4, all my dash lights are faded. With the potentiometer turned up its still quite dim. When i use the vent controls the lights seems to flick on and off. Also the backlit of my speedo and tacha are very faded, can barely see the milage. Also some of my caution lights don't work (Battery, most of the lights in that corner except door and oil) Would this be more a bad ground, or fuse or something?

or a high resistance short somewhere related to the vent control.

Check the vent control, or just try unplugging its light, see if that makes a difference.

If not, pull out the comb meter (gauge cluster).
Broke bulbs, bad connection, ect.
