which throttlebody hoses are the "heater pipes"?

I was reading somewhere that there is coolant that runs to the TB........if that is true, wouldn't that heat it up, and which hoses are they?

There are two hoses that run from the driver's side water by-pass pipe to underneath the throttle body. They are larger in diameter than most of the vacuum hoses that are cluttered around the throttle body and intake manifold. The two hoses run almost parallel with each other.

Yes, it does heat up the throttle body. I'm guessing this is for cold weather performance. Some guys have disconnected these and blocked them off, although I don't remember the details.
