VIN: JT2ST88P7N0016312
Mileage: 213341 (at time of gen4 engine swap in 2010. See below)
Pictures: ... kNhZlRKMjQ
Price: $2500
Location: Washington, D.C.
Title in hand

For sale is my 1992 Celica Alltrac originally purchased in January 2010. I’d overall characterize the car as a rough chassis with a solid drivetrain.

Reason for selling: no more time, money or energy for it and don’t drive it much in the city. Probably getting out of modified cars.

The good:
-gen4 swap, with a lot of maintenance into the drivetrain and suspension. Never had a boost controller on it so never seen more than stock boost.
-Already fixed a few common rust trouble spots (rear quarter panels, front swaybar mount points). Professionally repaired with new metal from a donor car
-Every bushing and mount on the car has been replaced with OEM or upgraded.
-Uninstalled extras: ST205 transmission. GT4 front bumper. Original gen4 turbo/manifold. Solid motor mount set and Speed Source aluminum crossmember bushing set.
-Receipts for all work performed

The bad:
-Indicated mileage is as of 2010 when the gen4 swap went in. I used an original gen4 manual transmission which doesn’t have the drive gear for a mechanical speedo so lost the odometer at that point. I live in Washington, DC and commute on the metro so the car hasn’t accumulated the miles a daily driver would. I'd estimate average yearly miles on the very low end, although any way you slice it it's still a high mileage chassis. I have an ST205 transmission and mechanical speed sensor that comes with the car that would re-enable the odo once installed.
-Still some rust left on the driver’s rocker panel and one spot in the spare tire well (see photos)
-Failing original paint (see photos)
-An issue with the fuel pump relay running slightly warm. It was originally running very hot and blew on the old fuel pump. Had the pump replaced and now it just runs slightly warm. Not sure if it always ran that way with the swap or there’s another issue. Car runs and drives fine around town at the moment but I haven’t taken it on any long drives and I’m not sure I’d take it on any multi-state drives until the issue is figured out or you have a spare relay handy.

Below are the dates and maintenance items performed from the receipts I have. I’ve included the prices paid just for interest and to indicate the quality of work and parts included, not to justify the sale price. Sale price is what I’m willing to part with it for.

I’ll try to get some more photos up once I have a chance to clean it up a bit. If you want to see anything in particular just ask.

Fire sale! Price reduced to $2500.

Starting a new job and probably moving and need it gone. There's more than the asking price just in parts resale value, but this is also a running driving car that just needs a little more love to be a solid driver. My loss is your gain.

That was a hell of a deal for the parts alone, wish I had the cash for it. Who got it?
