Brother w/ a '94 GT

He called me today, said he found a line on a low-miles, USDM 3S-GTE with no knocks or noises and in confirmed running condition for $1500. He's not sure if it will come with harness/computer, but if it does he's contemplating dropping the dough on it. Is this a good deal on a good-running GTE? He's always wanted to turbo his rig and this would be a good way to do it... If the price is right.

I know what an ST205 clip goes for on average but that doesn't really help me much in calling whether or not this is a good price for him.

I'll get pics when I can. You'll have to forgive the minor front fender damage, there was an accident involving snow. Hopefully we'll be getting a replacement fender before I can get pics!
