Now did you need 2 SETS of 2 manifold gaskets...or just the 2 gaskets that make up 1 set?

Can I use a felpro one of the mani-to-spacer side? I think they have felpro's in stock, and I already have 1 set of steel dealership gaskets...

ok, I got to get in on this, I have a ST185 with a 1st gen 3SGTE and a second gen Turbo, with an ATA interheater. and my wastegate arm touches the bolt. it is fully closed, but it is actaually touching the bolt. So i don't know how luke has lots of clearing and others don't have any, and I mine works, but touches. I will get some pics tonight so we can compare.

reviving the thread but got a q...
so to run an aftermarket dp, such as one made for the st185... we must buy a spacer w/ extended studs to make it work?
or is there another way?

i didnt use any spacer in the end.... but i did try a spacer that was equal in thickness to the manifold spacer and it caused all kinds of clearence issues with the midpipe.... i just use the metal type gasket b/c its slightly thicker than the standard paper type and last alot longer. i am running an aussie d/p....
