The only things that I could find that matter are:
st205 has holes drilled for the oil pan windage tray and no hole for little water line on back of block (near distributor)
ST205 below, 4 holes
Sw20 gen2 (same as st185) below, no holes
Sw20 gen2 (same as st185) below, water hole top left
ST205 below, no water hole top left
