need help on installing after market dash gauge??

i bought some gauge through speed hut...i've been spending the whole trying to get them on...turns out that there is know way to put the gauge on without removing the needles...so i remonve it, and install all the gauges...put the gauge on the car and now the RPM gauge, fuel gauge is not working and the temp gauge doesn't want to stay in place...i need help deperately..need to get this car up and driving...all suggestion welcome...ASAP

I hope you did not brake the needles.
How did you remove them?

no, the needle is fine..just pulled it off..its not that easy but it comes off...

which gauges don't work? The stock ones or the speed hut ones?
Are you sure the speedhut ones use the same signal the stock ones do?

I think he means gauge face.

hey guys, i kinda got it back in order..only problem is that the tachometer is wack now...i mean only when the engine is off....the tack stays at 2,500rpm when the ignition is set to off but when set to on the tach sticks back to zero and when started the engine idles back to normal...i think that in the process of taking the needle off...i must have increase the springs rate and open it wider...now i'm screw, i'll probably try to get one from the just off on one those other celi's...thanks. alot
