turn signals only work as hazards!?

I changed out my front turn signal lights because one of them had blown. When I tried them only my hazards would come on, I tried depressing and pressing the hazard switch, and checked the fuse's but nothing is turning up. Is this a possible blown relay? I'm really not sure. :shrug:

If the flasher relay is bad, the hazard shouldn't work.
They share the same flasher.
Most likely, you turn signal switch might gone bad or has a lose wire.

hmm....is this going to require taking apart my steering wheel column?

Yes and could be more ...
The wires run from turn signal switch to the junction behind comb meter.
Have you removed or played around the gauge/comb meter?
