12V ignition source help still needed after search

I am installing an intercooler fan in my st185.

I've already searched the forum for this.

I have the main power source hooked up via the 100 amp fuse in the fuse box. I am using a relay to run this so I need a 12v ignition source. Everyone seems to say to look in the fuse box for ring connectors, but the only ones I've found are the 100 amp constant source ones.

I am hoping to get a source closer to the firewall on the driver's side, if anyone has any input please let me know.

There is a splice point on the ignitor wire.
It's black-orange wire on my 1993.
It's the E9 in the picture.
Use volt meter to confirm this.
