rims for black 91 gt4 widebody

Hello, I'm looking to pick up some new rims.

These are the specs I'll be posting on another site.

17X7
100*5
white/gun metal/gold im leading towards white right now.


My question is what offset would be the best? or does that depend if i'm going for looks vs performance.

I'd go for wider wheels personally. 17x7 is barely wider than stock.

Also, if you care about looks at all, I wouldn't get a rim with any higher offset than +35.

17x7 +40 isn't good wheel fitment IMO. I would just leave the stock wheels on if that were my only choice, as performance would be about equal.

The bare minimum wheel specs I would use would be 17x8 +35.

whats a good offset if i want it to be pretty flush to the fenders?
