Euro License Plate

Will this license plate fit on my 1991 RC?

I want to custom make one for the front because in alberta you only need one plate on the back.

It won't fit the rear unless you swap your JDM number plate surround and lower trim to UK / Euro spec:

I just want something on the front. I may not even need the holder it may be direct bolt on but i think a custom plate would be cool.
