Other than the bumper skin itself all you need is the top support bar.
Then take the side brackets off your old bumper and rivet them on the new RC bumper.. Pretty much it.
There's a really good write up on CelicaTech.com, I would give that a look.
You can even use the stock crash bar, but you will have to cut a few little pieces off the back of the bumper.
