Will Enkei RPF1 17x9 offset 35 and 45 fit on my ST205

Postby Ra28GT_st205 » Fri Mar 06, 2015 12:33 pm

Hi guys

I am in the position where I have to decide which wheels I will use.
I am after some lightweight wheels and so the Enkei RP-F1 are my first choice.
They also them in 5x100. But I am afraid the front 17x9 offset 45 won't clear my brakes.
Is anybody out there which tried to fit this wheels on a ST205?

Thx

I have the same wheels/offset but the 8" on my 185, what I had to do was add front and rear spacers along with extended front studs because the stock ones were too short. It took a bit of testing to get the wheels away from the brakes and suspension but not hit the fenders.

Hi!
The 8J wheels have the curved spokes.
Did you have to fit spacers to clear the front brakes?

I don't have stock brakes anymore, but they were very, very close to my current setup, the other problem I ran into was the tires rubbing slightly on the frame rail at full lock with no spacers. I'd start by checking the tire fitment thread and taking some measurements of the clearances your current setup has, then using a tool like this http://www.rimsntires.com/specspro.jsp to see if the setup you want will fit in the space you have.
