How to remove rear bumper

Hi, I would just like to know how to remove the rear bumper. I took all the screws off the bottom, but it still wont come off.

you have to remove the tail lights and the rear apron panel that sits between the lights and the bumper

I took a look and it appears there are also four bolts in the luggage area under neath black plastic plugs
