ecu wiring??

ok so i got my car completely tuned and it runs awesome when it runs...the problem......the shop that did my swap left the ecu on the passenger side at an angle so there is quite a bit of tension on the wires. the middle plug on the ecu appears to be melted and possibly has a short. when i move the ecu up or down it changes the idle and air fuel ratio. it will run good and idle at about 1100 rpms and the air fuel ratio will be at stoich (the middle) then i move the ecu and it will go back to ideling high and running very lean. when its running lean and i give it gas it will back fire at about 4,500 rpms. i cannot figure out if its a single wire, or if its the whole middle plug thats bad. does anyone know of anywhere in the area that they'd recommend for me to take my car to be looked at???any suggestions??
