Lists a few differences.

But taken from that link:

ST165 to ST185 Evolution

Compression Increase to 8.8
Transmission Oil Cooler Added
Changed to Air/Air Intercooler
Side Feed instead of top feed fuel rail (Same as MR2)
Intake manifold slightly changed (Same as MR2)
CT26 6 bolt elbow vs. ST165 CT26 4 bolt turbo elbow (Same as MR2)
Twin Entry Turbo Upgrade (Same as MR2)
Flywheel bolt larger diameter (Same as MR2)
15" wheel standard
CD Player option
10 Speaker stereo option
Fuel Map
Ignition Map
