Thanks for the correction GMan. But however the VPC works, it still is limited, but for about 300awhp, it may be ideal.

Hi Bryan;

No problem.

> But however the VPC works, it still is limited,

Limited How ? By the fact is is hard to program ?
I agree with you in that case.
You would need a chip burner, or a friend with one. :)

> but for about 300awhp, it may be ideal.

For any hp you would care to have it tuned for ? :-}

It Only eliminates the AFM. On out cars May be around 300hp with a 550 chip.
But with a bigger turbo, and timing support BTM, or ITC, the sky is the limit ?
I said you can get a 720 inj chip. Toyomoto in FL probably
could tune even higher ? How well it would idle etc is a different
story, all dependent on the tuner/chip burner.

Supras get Sick hp out of just a VPC removing the AFM.
(and turbo + fuel upgades)

The VPC is a mixed bag. Good and bad. It is plug and play,
but not ideal for a full tune of fuel and timing.
For the cost new, it is not worth it, but since they were
discontinued, they are pretty good deal used. :)

For the usual owner it may be all that is needed to
break 300 hp ? A full ems is a better way to go in
the long run If you can afford the unit and tuning. (or do it yourself ? :)
