There is no specific tuning book for alltrac.
The factory repair manual doesn't explain much about the car/engine.
They are more like a guide or how-to disassemble/assemble parts.

You can start from a write up of 3sgte tuning.

A good book about turbocharging:

I have a good ems tuning book that has a whole chapter dedicated to tuning a 2nd gen 3sgte.

I think that the primer page should be stickied somewhere... or is it?

i guess since he's talking about maintenance...shouldn't the BGB be the prime candidate? it's NOT the owner's manual...

if applicaple, then there's an online one, iirc

Are you referring to the book that had the 3sgte mr2 talked about, etc (sorry for vagueness)? My bro picked up a tuning EMS book/guide and project cars they did at Barnes and Noble. It was a good read, was wondering if we're thinking of the same thing.

I think so.
The book has Ford Focus on the cover and cover MR6 and MR2 project cars.
