I had a burger with Brophats a week and a half ago. This topic was brought up and my understanding is that we don't know the whole story behind the group buy and what happened.
I'm not part of the situation so I'm not going to comment further on it, I'll leave that for the parties involved.

His story is that he did not want the parts that he asked for. It was my mistake that I sent him the parts before receiving a payment.
He never sent them back. So, what am I supposed to do? If he wants to return the parts that would be great. My guess is that he got the parts, put them on his car or sold them.
If he has a side of the story, then I'd love to hear it.
All I see is him continuing to buy parts in the used section, sell parts in the used section, but tell me that he doesn't have any money.
I have owed people as well, so that is why I am not going to any extremes. He says he will pay, already made a partial payment, so I will wait patiently. He can pay $20 a month for all I care, as long as the payments keep coming.
