help identifying exhaust manifold

I saw the KO racing build "Phantom" of the mr2 mk2 and as best I can tell the exhaust is bronze coated or painted? Can anyone clarify this? I'm not great with the photos but here is the link.

would most likely be a high temp coating in gold

Polished stainless steel turns gold when it gets hot. That's what it looks like to me. Most people touch there manifolds leaving grease on them so they turn purple instead. So if you get a stainless manifold, after install wipe it down with alcohol to remove all grease and fingerprints, and it will stay a lovely gold color like that

If you go to the view that is looking from the right side, notice right by the bov you will see the purple fingerprints I was talking about.
