Hey guys. I done a timing belt on my half trac. 2 years ago and now it is ticking. The ticking seam to go with the car acceleration. The higher the rpm the louder it gets. It not a rod knock because that not where the sound is coming from. It coming from the head. I check on the timing again and it is dead on with the original mark. I have torque down head stud and cam shaft stud to spec. Anymore ideas I should check before I start to replace the lifter. How would u adjust the spring for the lifter. Any idea would help me a lot. Pretty much stuck and scratching my head at this time.
