I have the real TRD shift knob of that design. I purchased it from a Toyota dealer before they were discontinued. On the genuine item, the stitching is a lot nicer and more even. As others have said, I suspect this is a copy and not the real deal.

I have one of these, took it off and replaced it with a stocker from a junkyard vert. Seems like it would be a genuine one, but it's a little worn on the top. Would anyone even be interested in buying one still?
