noob question: is there any 6speed 3sgte awd tranny anywhere ever? i know the altezza had a 6spd rwd 3sge but ive never heard of any other s tranny with 6

thats what i was wondering i havent read or heard much about the st215 manual tranny

No factory awd 6speeds.

There are aftermarket ones. The cheapest is ~5k. The next iss ~30k.

what kind of aftermarket like sequential or is it a real 6speed manual? the cheaper ones

The cheaper is manual. The rest are sequential.

Hard to find. I am sure you can find it used if you bugs some rally teams. I never knew the name of the company who made them.

I found that the 2009+ camry uses an EB62 6speed. Might be worth someone checking into if they can adapt the alltrac transfer case.

Boy I forgot about this thread lol, still thinking about this stuff, I have an awd vibe salvage I wanted to manual swap and my AT's buyer wants me to buy her back

Maybe you should. This does look like a potential awd option. Since its a narrow style box, I imagine it won't be as strong as the wide style we have, based on the article.
