E250F Rav4 gearbox + Celica Transfer Case problem

I have a problem paring those two parts. It seems the differential on the RAV4 box is different from the Alltrac box.
Is there a workaround ? How was this problem solved (by those who use this gearbox) ?

My understanding is the whole rav4 gearbox/transfer is used. Its not mated to the gtfour transfer.

I need to source me one to or try to switch the diff's keeping the gear

Is this done as an upgrade/better gear ratio or b/c it was handy and works?

You might want to check out the thread documenting the work on using a rav4 box. Axles need to be modified as well. I know its on ctech, it might be here too.
