st205 trans in a st185?

I see that several members have put a st205 trans in their 185 I was just wondering is it a direct swap or is there anything else need to go with it

I have one sitting in my garage if I ever get the motivation to put it in. As far as I know it's a direct swap use the st185 axles, you just need to swap the manual speedo housing from your 185 and out it in place of the electric speedo on the 205 trans.

And reuse the 185 transmission("engine") mounts. The 205 mounts are different.
