sucks to hear that.you really need some time for yourself anyways.
You have no idea. This is the first summer since highschool that I've had for myself. It's been almost 12 years since I've taken a break from life. Damn it's so nice.

The 16hour, 6days a week work schedule was just too draining; but the money was nice. Everyone else seems much happier though so gotta' go with majority rule... :|

Update:
My wife and children have moved to a new location (one of our family homes we decided to keep instead of renting) that we paid and fixed off (no mortgage = happy life). All my projects are on hold as we had our 2nd child Julian. I'm using this opportunity to save up for a better home and BIGGER garage so you won't hear from me in another 3 years.

Hello everyone. Another update. We decided to move out of our current home into one of our other homes again. We plan on getting everything out by the end of this month. My old man has retired and is bored as hell and my mother will be retiring in the next 5 years so we decided to use... Err ask the old man to babysit the kids. Enna is about to start pre-k this year (damn, its been that long?) Hoping to finish the basement this spring and work on expanding the garage to fit my toys.

I got a job slightly in my field. Can't complain, pay is decent but the health coverage is awesome (wait until you have kids; I bet the older guys will also say 'wait until you're older') Security is good, I'd really have to screw up to get fired and I don't really plan on that. I'm not looking for a big advancement right now or taking occupational risks. I'm sitting pretty happy and healthy with work. I still do some free lancing but not proactively searching like the past. I'm pretty happy with just being stable in this economy; I saw a lot of good people lose their jobs and homes. Made me understand that nothing is certain.

No big plans for the Alltrac. I'm really missing the MR2s so those will be the projects this year. Our family is almost completely settled down. No more houses or business ventures until the little ones get older. Other than that I will be working on a few other side projects that I've waited a long time for.

Just a bump to keep this alive.

Lol, good to see you guys still around. It'll be a while for the garage but it is a priority. I was thinking of building a new one on top of the existing one. The city codes aren't as strict as so many other places that I've lived at.

Small update.
Nothing really project related. I conned my buddies into helping me move the cars to our new house. Good news is we finished it but it took 12 hours. Sad news? My family wants to move again. This location isn't bad. Looser housing codes, over half an acre of flat land, quiet, close to everything and no mortgage. Yet somehow my family still wants a bigger house.
