So last August i bought this 'trac off ebay from some guy in new jersey. it was totaled, but i couldn't see it die so i bought it for $1000 and paid $800 to have it shipped via car carrier.
He hit a telelphone pole going 50mph directly between the front bumper and drivers side front wheel. it bent the frame, lower control arm, strut, and wheel. the pictures will explain the rest...

to do list:

hood
bumper
both fenders
driver inner fender lining
windshield
drivers side mirror
corner lenses
turn signals
carbon fiber trim
other misc...

of course there is the obvoius 4 wheel alignment and things along those lines. most of this, if not all will hopefully come from a non-running 93 gts. it has a perfect body with at hood. i'm going to offer the guy about $600 and see what he says. i'll pay up to a grand considering it has everything i need and it's the cheaper route. the rest will be parted out. hope to have it all together and ready for paint in about two months. I'll keep this updated. WISH ME LUCK!

Oh man... Great work and thumbs up for saving her. Honestly that kind of work would have me pass up on that kind of project. I too would have smacked the guy for selling me that Alltrac in that condition for $1000.

thanks, it's coming along very nicely. i started welding on the new upper frame rail today. hopefully i can finish this weekend. deals for the donor car are in the works and coming along nicely. the interior is about as perfect as it can be for a 90. no rips, tears, etc. the only noticable wear is on the shift knob. the leather is coming off. the underbody is also very nice with no leaks. the car has 114,xxx on it so everything is in good shape considering.
