Now I going to present my project on my st205 I have owned her about three years! year of modell 1995 have just passed 82500kilometers

Just bought the first BPU kit to her and ride with it for about 2.5years 300hp

But This great year I got an ide and this is big....a Motor with much power yes....

Information! on this machine!

MOTOR:
TTE Grupp A block, modifierat med större topplocksbult
TTE Grupp A vevaxel
Eagle stakar
JE kolvar, specialbes till detta block och gjorda för etanol.
O-ringat block.
Vevpartiet är balanserat.
Clevite ram/axiallager
TRD vevlager
Portad topp gen2
Ferrea ventiler 1mm större, klarar etanol.
Ferrea dubbla ventilfjädrar
Shimslösa lyftare
HKS 264 kammar
HKS ställabara kamdrev
HKS stift för etanol.
Modifierad ventilkåpa för tändspolar.
Separta tändspolar
NIRA sprut.
Modifierat kylsystem till motorn med 3-vägs termostat.
Modifierat kylsystem till motorolja.
egenbyggt Plenium med invändiga trattar, 65mm spjällhus
Stor ic 3tum IC system.

What kind of Tilton is that? Did you get the cerametallic or carbon-carbon? What was the turnaround time from when you ordered to when you received it?

Very impressive project! Is this going to be a street car? Or is it for some kind of motorsports?

hello thanks! is going to be a street car and a dragstrip car!

the tiltion is a cerametalic clutch fits 3sgte.. about 2weeks i think it was!

Do you have some pictures of how you made the fuel system from the pump to the tank? how is the pickup made?

hello i have a 255liters wallbro in the thank! too pump upp the etanol to the other pumps!

I love both of exhaust your manifolds. How are they holding up for you? Was it a pain to make? Spool time?

So you have 3 pumps in the car? and all the fuel have to pass thru the walbro?
