when the engine went

Postby whitest185 » Thu Aug 20, 2009 9:25 pm

You said the oil blew through the seals was it the cam seals because my 92 st185 had oil in the timing cover and the belt was walking off the gears. i think the walking was beacuae of a bad idler pully but im alittle baffled on the oil i bought new seals for cams and crank do you think there could be something else internally wrong with the engine??

sorry this pics not very good, but it works very well and keeps a constant air flow to the filter witch when you are now moving will kepp the air temps down at the filter :)

i have all so added a bit of Co2 to help with the cooling :) what do you think?

That oversized hair-drier will use more power than youll gain from the extra cold air.
Remove it.

Really? Why is that? I thought the alltrac/gt4 came with a very capable alternator?

If its only pulling 2A, it wont move anywhere near enough air for the engine.

If it worked, dont you think more people would do it??

its only there to feed the cold air box with cold air when you at stuck in traffic, it brings the temps down by about 10c witch is all i want it to do, it was never intendid to be the engine supply just to help with cold air to the air filtted.
