Was the car properly stripped when it was painted yellow? What was the car's original color?

snagged this off of honda-tech, but something like this color. didn't have any pics of it in sunlight.

I'm in the same boat as you. I am looking to paint my ST185 very soon, and the same green used on the Civic came to mind. I'd like to see how it would look on ST18X chassis as well.

thank you, i kinda feel the same way about it. but i definitely want a full lip kit on the car. most celicas are in stock body form, so i wanted to step away from that. will be making my own lip kit for the front following a write-up posted on mr2oc. im brainstorming some ideas of looks for the front lip.

2 quick ones, it's difficult to swap yellow to dark green and make it look good, because light colours reflect less than the dark ones.

thanks guys... im guessing it must be really hard to try to duplicate that color onto my car. all three images looks good, except the fact they are not a metallic color. but i could see how it would turn out. possible to duplicate the metalic paint look by photochoping?

update, started working on the rear lip. decided to go and do add on aprons instead. still just brainstorming
some ideas around. what do you guys think?
