So my first car was a 1992 Celica ST and i loved it, so i started looking into the history of the car and fell in love with the all trac unfortunately finding one back in the 90s was hard. So i worked on my Celica to make it look like an all trac

don't judge me on the flames and stuff lol we were all young and dumb once.
but i always wanted to buy one so i let it go till now when i found this :
viewtopic.php?p=410772#p410772 sounded great so i jumped on it!!

so when i got the car i felt she sounded weird but hey i was so excited i didn't care till about a week into owning the car and driving it around that i did a compression test and the results are 110/80/50/30........................ YAY!! so now she sits and waits in the garage and she went from weekend driving to all trac money pit project car.

So this is what i know about the car:
The motor was rebuilt by the previous owner, it has HKS Valve Springs, Ferrera Valves, Mild head Port/Polish, Ross Pistons, and Eagle H-Beam rods, the car has 3" exhaust from the turbo back. The exhaust has a catalytic convertor in place, AEM Boost Gauge, AEM wideband gauge, Eibach springs, Greddy Profec B II boost contoller, Fuel Cut Defencer, FMIC, Speed Source motor mounts, Speed Source Crossmember bushings, TWM Short throw shifter, and Solid rear differential mount.

Since owning the car i have purchased a few things:
RC bumper & hood / antenna delete / exhaust
AEM stand alone/new gauges/ triple gauge pod
Toyota gasket set/ all new hoses/ bolts /ATS racing head gasket
Mushimoto radiator / Mushimoto FMIC / TRD sport Thermostat
magnecor wires/ distributorcap/ rotor / spark plugs
Hks turbo timer / Hks SSQ BOV
Subaru/Porsche rotor kit from a member
Custom sound sytem build / remote start + alarm / battery relocation
Custom Side feed Intake manifold project

I know im missing some things ill list them as i remember, well the list goes on.
I know some people will comment on my choice to keep the body lines instead of doing a lip kit. I personally feel that the shape of the car and the lines give it character and i wanted to extend them so that the shape and curves of the car are still there but give it more aggressive feel to the car. When its done you will see lines but no gaps.
Hope you guys enjoy car its no where near done so ill keep updates when i have them. So now some pics of the project from old to current:

if anyone is wondering i took the lip idea from my one piece body kit had on my old Celica i hacked it up to get the pieces i wanted.

currently for this one im working on customizing a ford 8.8 rear to work with my celica to then adapt to the sr20det engine swap. and before you say anything its the easiest swap that doesn't require cutting a firewall and trans area, it costs less then trying to boost a toyota, costs less then a supra motor swap and it looks clean and nice. and i will be de-badging the valve cover

SO SEXY!!

Probably cause the sr20 has been done on everything and is probably alot cheaper then both of the motors. I know this has been done a few times.

Love the work you are getting done on the cars. Not a big fan of family changes (car/motor), but the work should be good and you will enjoy it.

How much is the sr20 going to run you for the motor and supporting mods to make it fit and run?
