The leather looks on really good condition. Are they standard?

Sent from my phone. Sorry for any mistakes

Seats were redone by the previous owner.

End of Summer Upgrade

I spent the last few weeks upgrading a few key components:

1) Larger heat exchanger.
2) Larger IC pump
3) Heat wrap top mount heat exchanger
4) Cut and fiberglass the ST205 original airbox.
5) Run a force-fed intake from the lower front bumper. Inspiration from here: viewtopic.php?f=44&t=50901
6) Battery relocation to trunk.

Heat exchanger arrives.

Xbox One S controller for scale.

Draining the coolant from the original IC.

Image

Intercooler removal.

Image

Bosch/cobra pump installed.

Image

Using zip ties to measure positioning.

Image

Image

Image

Using some threaded rod and rod ends, heat exchanger mounted.

Image

Heat wrapped the top mount intercooler

Image

Image

Fiberglassed and fitted ST205 airbox. No pics of fiberglass process (sorry). It required the entire bottom section to be cut and fiberglassed over.

Image

Used an aluminum project box to store my various fan and accessory relays.

Image

Image

Image

Cut a 3" hole to run the air ducting to the factory airbox.

Image

Image

Image

Bumper hole still needs some triming.

Image

Battery mounted in the rear passenger hatch.

Still a few more things to do so I'll add more pictures once completed.

Looking good, your project thread has been great motivation for my swap.

Hey I was contemplating doing a full st205 or a 4th gen 3sgte swap in my st165. I used to live in seattle as well with my blue alltrac. Good looking grey one by the way. Do you like the power band and maintenance on the st205 setup? I know there are some perks on the 215 but the 205 has a bunch to offer as well. What psi are you pushing on stock? Thanks

Power band is good and maintenance is essentially the same. I chose the 205 over the 215 for the included transmission but in retrospect I would of spent more on the 215 and sourced a transmission separately.

I'm running 17.5psi.

That's what I'm thinking, the same just getting both. I cannot afford to build anything and the internals of the 205 should handle what I throw at it.

Had KO Racing in Oregon make me a new intake pipe for the airbox. Welds look pretty.

Also finally installed my new top mount intercooler sticker. $8 from Toyota Japan so I can't complain.

Hey bud, I seen you did the battery relocation. Did you have to drill through the floor or go an easier route? I am needed to put mine in the rear because it has been a pain being in the engine bay. I am getting closer to doing the st205 swap and following your footsteps. You do not know it but with all the pictures and what not you have helped me a lot. Thanks

The cables are routed through the driver side wheel well and into the cabin via the existing wiring harness grommet. Then it is just fed under the carpet to the rear passenger where I did have to drill holes just above the exhaust heat shield.

Happy to help :)

I am assuming you have rubber grommets or something so nothing rusts? Great build by the way, I am jealous I have not put this much effort into my Alltrac

Yeah you can find how I routed it here. I just followed this guide. viewtopic.php?t=26689

I looked through the previous posts to see if there are any specs on those wheels. I am looking at the same wheels for my 88. Did you get them from TireRack? What tire size did you use?
