how about making one for st205 front brakes?

The front one is not bolt on.
You will need either to make custom brackets or grind the rotor down (bad idea)

hi guys! so yeah i fitted everything in the back from an st205 wrc to my st185 and i just need to fit everything in front now, did anyone ever try it by grinding the rotors or make custom brackets? and yeah i know this is an old post

Yes people have tired that. Do a quick search and you will find a couple of threads dedicated to different solutions to mounting the 205 calipers.

Are they a bolt on to a St165 as well? What size rim do you need to clear the brakes?

Few 16$, closer to 17 though. Well the 205 ran 16s @least

rear is bolt on and yeah 16 inch minimum to clear the caliper
