So where does the slave cylinder get its fluid? The transmission? So If I replace mine, I just need to bleed it and not add anything to it?

Slave cylinder gets its fluid from the reservoir on top of the master cylinder + the fluid in the MC + the fluid in the clutch line. Seperate from transmission case.
