how to swap a st 165 to a 185 plz help

i bout a 1988 celica all trac and the motor was taken apart i got a 185 motor what do i do i dnt have the 185 wiring harness or ecu am i srewed and if i am were do i get one :shrug: :shrug: :bangshead: plz help me

Do a search and you should find some good info. This swap has been done alot of time. People either modify the stock harness to work or use a 185 harness they got with it and modify that if needed (like if you have a JDM harness).

The motor is a straight drop and just needs the wiring touched up.

what mods do i do to the wiring harness i got the motor in all the plugs are hooked up and not geting power to some wont start the fuel pump isnt working
