This guy has a how to he posted. Its not the best but does the job. Once you get it out and see what your working with its actually very simple.
The only question I have is what does everyone use to reseal to the roof?

Grinding noise wouldnt be your motor but something within the sunroof itself .
Anyone know what the big trey looking piece is that hangs off the back of the assymbly on the inside of the roof? Mind snapped offissed:
