Jdm with cats

I think you internation guys be the smartes in this area: Do jdms have secondard cats?
Some ppl say this cylinder is a cat.
It looks differntly shaped than the few USDM pictures ive seen. So IF that cylinder is a Cat toyota must of changed these cats shape inbetween years or they vary in shape between usdm/jdm?

+1 on that. mine had a resonator.
