That long of the story .. I plan to rebuild the engine but the problem it really hard to find other half-cut for st185RC ..

I found 1 MR2 Turbo engine code (3SGTE). My concern is this engine

can fit to my ST185RC .. engine block .. plan to polish the engine block and transplant piston from MR2 turbo to this ST185RC engine blok..

is that possible???

Is that any differance between MR2 Turbo engine block with my current ST185RC

thanks in advance

The bottom end should be the same. The turbo, AFM, ecu and transmission will be different, but there is are no fundamental differences in the block itself.

Thanks for reply my msg ..

So now I could replace the whole engine block from mr2 turbo to my blowed engine st185RC rite..

THE turbo , AFM and ECU i don;t have any problem coz now I'm using microtech LT8s ..

tranmission I plan to use from mr2 trubo E153 / SW20 gearbox ..

FYI , my car is Toyota corona ST150 and convert to ST185RC,

Here we called "old school car".. get old car and tranplants the engine with new engine.

In that case, you shouldn't have any probem.
They are the same engine basically.
