ST185 rebuilding in venezuela

Good afternoon, I write from Venezuela, I just bought a ST185 1992 and need to buy several parts, engine, radiator, a / c (full, evaporator, condenser, etc.) and was considering as an option to buy a JDM front clip. Reviewing some photos, I saw that the A/C pipe goes through the opposite side, which led me to ask if anyone knows what parts are interchangeable between American and a Japanese model.
