Anyone know about this ST205 in Calgary?

I was wondering if anyone in the Calgary area knows about this white 1996 for sale.

It looks like it was a JDM Source car. I was hoping someone from Calagry would be familiar with the car and be able to let me know if it is worth the drive from Saskatoon to take a look. I've always liked the ST205's and after having to sell my Integra Type R a few years back I finally have the time and $$ to have garage queen again.

No, I live a couple hrs away and was hoping a local from Calgary may have seen it in person. I don't want to waste a day of driving and a couple tanks of gas to find out its a bagged on POS. I emailed the seller a long list of questions but they haven't gotten back to me yet. Hopefully they do soon.
