Does anyone know if getting an alignment done on a GT4 with superstrut suspension is any different than any other celica with McPherson setup?

A normal alignment should be the same, the rear is identical to the ST185, and the front toe is adjusted the same.
The problem would be if the front camber was off, you can't adjust it with the lower strut bolts [not normally adjusted in a car], but I'm sure there's a way.

Not possible...The nut holds the top ball joint down...I think the only way to adjust the front cambers on a super strut layout is to purchase front camber plates like so:

I am only able to adjust the toe....by adjusting the Outer Track Rod End

Oh another method of adjusting the camber is if you have the TEIN SS
