Coming soon.. Gold Membership, Premium Features

Postby alltrac.net » Mon Nov 30, 2009 2:43 am

As we anticipate a forum upgrade, more traffic, and new features, we will be offering a gold membership status.

I'm still working out the details. The amount will be small, around $15-20. Alumni members (over 5 years), will be offered a lower price tier.

One of the new features is a gold membership discount with vendors. Vendors can offer secret discounts to the paid members.

This will start in early december at an early bird rate, and go official 1/1.

And there I was sooo looking forward to being an Alltrac God. :(

One thing though, are vendors going to be properly screened before receiving said status, and are there any plans to implement a proper feedback/rating system?

The vendors will be paying for their advertising space, so there won't be too many restrictions on who will be allowed to share space.

Obviously they will have to have been in business for more than a week. Considering we may get vendors that are not All Trac related, it will be your decision at the end of the day.

Each vendor will only have to provide references or an established record of being in business (online).

Of course there will be a feedback area, where you can post your experiences.

Further to just a feedback forum, I was wondering if the site was upgrading to include trader ratings as the example with mr2oc.

Thanks for the reply though.

What's the status on the Gold Member thingie. Not seeing any additional info on rates/early bird fees etc.

Thanx.

You gonna delete any bad feedback they get like you do in your 935 forum?
