The car is currently racing in the Romanian National Rally Championship...will keep you posted with pics,although the next 4 rally's are all gravel,and there will be a lot of dust and no 18 inch wheels 
The driver is a former 2 times HillClimb Champion and 4 times Rally Group H Champion on a beefed up TTE 165 Celica
I was pleased to see that after a year off,after selling the 165 he remains in the Toyota family,not taking the Evo's or STi's path.
