Where can I get my motor rebuilt in the WEST?

The problem with JDM motors is;
1) Most of them are crap and try to rip you off (ie. JK!)
2) They don't have a port in the head for an EGR system, so it makes it hard to get through aircare due to high NOx emissions.
Too bad though, a JDM motor would be the easiest and cheapest way to get your car back on the road.

its easier then you think to build a engine yourself. just make sure to get everything properlly machined. Once i find a 3rd gen block im building that myself andd dropping that in. It may be time consuming but the satisfaction on building your own motor is way better, you learn more about cars/your car. its a good experience.
