Q&A regarding engines, turbos, and intercoolers and power upgrades

This is why I love the All-Trac Net. Sarcasm, and good advice. I was about to get an Unorthodox crank pulley but I think I will change my mind after reading this.

ok....i have done a lot of reading and before people go crazy about all this. on the other end of the crank people put ULTRA lightweight flywheels and that doesn't seem to mess up anything wouldn't that be an absorber for vibrations coming off the crank aswell? i would do a search on the mr2 board b/c there are some good info on there about this. i have it on my car and the main thing is too just make sure you are using good oil.

The flywheel ISN'T designed to absorb vibration. The crank pulley IS.
